Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. It is free to use, needs no sign-up and adds no watermark to your PDF.
Are my invoice details uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is processed in your browser and nothing you type or upload is sent to a server. A draft is saved only in this browser on this device so you can come back to it, and you can erase it with the Clear form button.
Can I add GST or another tax?
Yes. Enter a tax name such as GST, VAT or Sales Tax and a rate. It is applied after any discount. You can also add your GSTIN or tax ID so it prints on the invoice.
Which currencies are supported?
Indian rupee, US dollar, euro, pound and UAE dirham. In the PDF, rupee amounts show as Rs. because the standard PDF font cannot draw the rupee sign.
Does the tool check legal or tax compliance?
No. It formats the details you enter but does not check them against tax rules. Confirm the fields required in your country, such as GST invoice rules in India, with your accountant.
Will my work be lost if I close the tab?
Your draft is saved automatically in this browser, so it is usually still there when you return. Clearing site data or using a private window removes it.
